    • Due to the nature of trading cards and collectibles, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. This policy is in place to protect the integrity of our products and prevent tampering or card switching.

  • Order Accuracy

    • Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you have any questions about a product, contact us before placing your order.

  • Damaged Items in Transit

    • We take great care in packaging your order. If your item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item. We’ll assist you in filing a claim with USPS.

  • Lost Packages

    • Once shipped, USPS is responsible for delivery. If your package is delayed or lost, please reach out to USPS directly with your tracking number. We’ll provide support where possible, but we are not responsible for carrier-related issues.
